US to Remove Blaine and Lynden, WA from Canadian Border Ports List

The US Department of Agriculture's Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) announced plans to remove Blaine and Lynden, Washington, from the list of Canadian border ports designated for importing certain animals and animal products, effective immediately, following the publication of a direct final rule in the Federal Register on November 8, 2002.
