SEC Approves NASDAQ Rule Change for New Trade Report Modifier

The Securities and Exchange Commission has approved a proposed rule change by the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. requiring the attachment of a new trade report modifier to trades with prices exceeding certain parameters.
