SEC Approves Rule Change to Protect Customer Limit Orders on Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board
The National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. has received accelerated approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission to extend Manning protection to customer limit orders in all securities quoted on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board on a permanent basis.
