US Air Force Releases GPS L5 Civil Signal Interface Control Document for Public Review and Comment

The US Air Force has released the GPS L5 Civil Signal Interface Control Document (ICD) Revision 2 for public review and comment, describing the interface characteristics of the L5 signal to be incorporated into the GPS system for civilian benefit.
