New Mexico Public Lands to be Classified for Lease to Cuba Soil and Water Conservation District

The U.S. government has determined that public lands in Sandoval County, New Mexico, are suitable for lease to the Cuba Soil and Water Conservation District under the Recreation and Public Purposes Act, with plans to use the lands for an outdoor classroom and administrative site.
