Amendment of Class E5 Airspace; Tampa, FA

This action amends the Class E5 airspace at Tampa, FL. A Localizer Runway 23 Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) has been developed for Vandenberg Airport. As a result, controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) is needed to accommodate the SIAP.
