Copyright Office Publishes Agreement for Small Webcasters Under Small Webcaster Settlement Act of 2002

The Copyright Office has released an agreement outlining performance rates and terms for small commercial webcasters to use under two statutory licenses, allowing them to opt for these rates instead of those set by the Librarian of Congress.
