U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Announces Intent to Prepare Draft Environmental Impact Statement for San Jacinto River Watershed Management Plan

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is planning to prepare a draft environmental impact statement for a special area management plan to balance economic development with aquatic resource protection in the San Jacinto River and Upper Santa Margarita River watersheds in Riverside County, California.
