US Navy Proposes Expansion of Restricted Area in Charleston, SC

The US Army Corps of Engineers is proposing to amend existing regulations to expand the authority of the Commander, Naval Weapons Station Charleston, to restrict passage of watercraft and vessels within the Cooper River and its tributaries in the vicinity of the Naval Weapons Station in Charleston, South Carolina, in order to enhance security in the area.
