FHWA to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Proposed Highway Project in Minnesota

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is issuing a notice to inform the public that a Tier I Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) will be prepared for a proposed highway project connecting Trunk Highway 15 and 10, including a Mississippi River crossing, in the St. Cloud Metropolitan Area of Sherburne and Stearns Counties, Minnesota, to support a location decision.
