EPA Proposes Stay of Authority to Reconsider 1-Hour Ozone Standard Implementation

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to temporarily halt its authority to determine if an area has met the 1-hour ozone standard, pending a subsequent review of the standard's implementation in light of a Supreme Court decision.
