Medicare Program; Renewal and Amendment of the Charter of the Medicare Coverage Advisory Committee (MCAC)

The Medicare Coverage Advisory Committee (MCAC) Charter is being renewed and amended, advising the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services and the Administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services on medical item and service reasonableness under Title XVIII of the Social Security Act.
