Coast Guard Proposes Temporary Changes to Drawbridge Regulations in New York City

The US Coast Guard is proposing a temporary change to the operating regulations of the New York City highway bridge, allowing it to remain closed to vessel traffic from February 24, 2003, to April 14, 2003, to facilitate the installation of median safety barriers.
