US Fish and Wildlife Service Proposes Guidelines for Tribal Landowner Incentive Program

The US Fish and Wildlife Service is proposing guidelines for a $4 million tribal component of the Landowner Incentive Program, which was allocated $40 million from the Land and Water Conservation Fund for conservation grants to states, territories, and tribes in FY 2002.
