FAA Proposes Rule on Passenger Facility Charge at Texarkana Regional Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking public comment on its proposed rule to approve and utilize revenue from a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) at Texarkana Regional Airport in Arkansas, in accordance with the Aviation Safety and Capacity Expansion Act of 1990 and Federal Aviation Regulations.
