EPA Allocates Essential Use Allowances for Stratospheric Ozone Depleting Substances in 2003

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized allocations of essential use allowances for the import and production of ozone-depleting substances, allowing for limited use in specific applications, including metered dose inhalers and the U.S. Space Shuttle and Titan Rocket programs.
