Commodity Futures Trading Commission Extends Collection of Conflict of Interest Policies and Procedures

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission is seeking public comment on its proposed renewal of a collection of information related to conflicts of interest policies and procedures for futures commission merchants and introducing brokers, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act.
