EPA Approves Revisions to Kentucky's Air Permit Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved changes to the State Implementation Plan (SIP) of Kentucky, which reorganize air permit rules and correct errors in existing regulations, including the removal of outdated rules and the renumbering of new rules.
