Agricultural Marketing Service Requests Extension and Revision of Plant Variety Protection Information Collection

The Agricultural Marketing Service is seeking OMB approval to extend and revise the currently approved information collection for plant variety protection certification and objective description of variety, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
