EPA Proposes Revisions to NSR Regulations for Routine Maintenance, Repair and Replacement

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing changes to the regulations governing New Source Review (NSR) programs, aimed at providing greater regulatory certainty while maintaining environmental protection, and to include routine maintenance, repair and replacement activities in the NSR category.
