Raytheon Proposes New Airworthiness Directive for Model 1900D Airplanes

Raytheon Aircraft Company is proposing a new airworthiness directive requiring inspections and potential rivet installations on certain Model 1900D airplanes to address missing rivets and prevent potential fuselage failure.
