EPA Grants Tokusen USA, Inc. Petition to Exclude Hazardous Waste from Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted Tokusen USA, Inc. (Tokusen) a petition to exclude a certain solid waste from hazardous waste control, allowing it to be disposed of in Subtitle D landfills without adhering to hazardous waste regulations under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).
