Great Lakes Maritime Academy Eligibility for Unrestricted Third-Mate Licenses

The U.S. Coast Guard has finalized a rule allowing graduates of the Great Lakes Maritime Academy's ocean option to qualify for unrestricted third-mate licenses on both ocean and near-coastal vessels, effective October 18, 2002.
