Commodity Credit Corporation to Hold Public Hearing on New Entrant's Crop Cane Sugar Marketing Allotment

The Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) will host a public hearing to gather comments on allocating a 2003 crop cane sugar marketing allotment to a new entrant processor and state, as well as the evidence required for a new entrant to demonstrate eligibility for the allotment.
