US Department of Agriculture to Accept Public Comments on Conservation Security Program
The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is seeking public input on proposed regulations for the Conservation Security Program (CSP), which aims to promote conservation and improve agricultural operations, prior to publishing a proposed rule in 2003.
