Farm Credit Administration Proposes Changes to Loan Policies and Disclosure Requirements for Young, Beginning, and Small Farmers

The Farm Credit Administration is proposing amendments to its regulations and disclosure requirements to better serve young, beginning, and small farmers, as well as producers of aquatic products, and to provide more transparency to shareholders and investors regarding its services to these groups.
