Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Requests OMB Review for Fitness for Duty Program Information Collection

The NRC has submitted a proposal to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review of its Fitness for Duty Program information collection, which affects nuclear power reactor licensees and those possessing or transporting unirradiated Category 1 nuclear materials. The NRC is seeking OMB approval to extend the collection, with estimated annual reporting burdens of 64,446 hours and 74 respondents.
