NRC Submits Revision to Paperwork Reduction Act for OMB Review

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a revision to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 for review by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), requesting that individuals and organizations provide public records to the NRC. The proposed revision is expected to require approximately 11,272 responses annually, with an estimated 2,832 hours needed to complete the requirement.
