Nuclear Regulatory Commission Extends Comment Period for Rulemaking on Fouling in Nuclear Power Plants

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has extended the comment period for a rulemaking petition filed by Robert H. Leyse, which aims to address fouling's impact on heat transfer surfaces in licensed nuclear power plants, from December 16, 2002, to January 15, 2003.
