NHTSA Extends Comment Period for FMVSS 108 on Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is extending the comment period for a notice on Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) 108, Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment, in response to a petition from the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA). The comment period is now open until October 2, 2003, allowing SEMA to prepare coordinated responses on behalf of its members.
