Proposal to Collect Information on Direct Transactions of U.S. Reporter with Foreign Affiliate

The U.S. Department of Commerce is seeking public comment on a proposed information collection to reduce paperwork burden, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and is inviting other federal agencies to participate in the process.
