Proposal to Collect Information on Foreign Business Acquisition

The U.S. Department of Commerce is seeking public comment on a proposed information collection to gather data on foreign individuals or entities acquiring U.S. businesses, as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork and burden on respondents, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
