U.S. Department of Commerce to Conduct Quarterly Survey of Financial Services Transactions with Foreign Persons

The Bureau of Economic Analysis will begin conducting the BE-85 survey in the first quarter of 2004 to monitor and analyze financial services trade between U.S. and foreign financial institutions, replacing the existing BE-82 survey.
