U.S. to Amend Regulations for Quarterly Survey of Transactions with Unaffiliated Foreign Persons in Selected Services and Intangible Assets
The U.S. government is amending regulations for the BE-25 survey, which is mandatory for monitoring trade in services and intangible assets, and will be conducted under the International Investment and Trade in Services Survey Act. The survey aims to support U.S. commercial policy on financial services and improve the ability of U.S. businesses to identify market opportunities.
