Federal Acquisition Regulation to Exempt Certain Laws for Commercially Available Off-the-Shelf Items

The Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council is seeking public input on the implementation of a new rule that would exempt certain laws from applying to contracts for commercially available off-the-shelf items, as required by the Federal Acquisition Reform Act.
