Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Waives Color Paper Requirement for Electronically Generated Standard Forms

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has waived its requirement for certain Standard Forms to be printed on colored paper when generated electronically, but still requires a statement on the form indicating it is an electronic version, and individuals can still submit forms printed on white paper if they are duplicates.
