Federal Acquisition Regulation to Review Novation/Change of Name Requirements

The Federal Acquisition Regulation Secretariat is requesting OMB approval to extend a currently approved information collection requirement for novation/change of name requirements, which expires on May 31, 2003, and is seeking public comments on the necessity and burden of this collection.
