GSA Proposes Changes to Acquisition Regulation Regarding Industrial Funding Fee

The General Services Administration (GSA) is proposing to amend its Acquisition Regulation to give itself unilateral authority to adjust the percentage rate of the Industrial Funding Fee in Multiple Award Schedule contracts, and to lower the current rate from 1.0% to 0.75% effective January 1, 2004.
