Federal Acquisition Regulation; Leadership in Environmental Management (E.O. 13148) Final Rule

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule to implement Executive Order 13148, which aims to reduce the environmental impact of government acquisitions, as mandated by the Greening the Government through Leadership in Environmental Management initiative launched on April 21, 2000.
