Federal Acquisition Regulation; Notification of Overpayment, Contract Financing Payments

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule requiring contractors to notify the contracting officer if the government overpays when making an invoice payment or a contract financing payment under either commercial or non-commercial contracts.
