Federal Acquisition Regulation; Debarment and Suspension-Order Placement and Option Exercise

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation, addressing the placement of orders under existing contracts with contractors who have been debarred, suspended, or proposed for debarment, and the exercise of options on these contracts.
