Federal Acquisition Regulation; Labor Standards for Contracts Involving Construction

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation to reflect changes in the Department of Labor's definitions of construction and labor standards for construction contracts.
