U.S. Trade Representative Requests Public Comment on Andean Trade Preference Act Beneficiary Countries

The U.S. Trade Representative's Office is seeking public input on whether countries designated as ATPDEA beneficiary countries are meeting eligibility criteria under the Andean Trade Preference Act.
