U.S. Trade Representative Announces Review of Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) Petitions

The U.S. Trade Representative's Office has accepted petitions from 2001 and 2002 to modify the GSP program, and sets a schedule for public comment and a hearing on these petitions, which aim to address country practices affecting beneficiary developing countries.
