U.S. Trade Representative Makes Technical Corrections to Harmonized Tariff Schedule

The U.S. Trade Representative is making technical corrections to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to correct errors and omissions, affecting rules of origin, chemical products, textile and apparel goods, and steel production, as mandated by Presidential Proclamation 6969 of January 27, 1997.
