US Trade Representative Seeks Public Comment on Brazil-Florida Tax Dispute

The Office of the United States Trade Representative is seeking public comment on a dispute between Brazil and Florida over a tax imposed on processed orange and grapefruit products. Brazil claims the tax is inconsistent with US trade obligations under the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994.
