U.S. Trade Representative Requests Public Comment on EU Market Access Implications

The U.S. Trade Representative is seeking public input on the potential market access implications for U.S. trade in services resulting from the European Union's expansion to include Austria, Finland, and Sweden, which took effect on April 30, 2004.
