U.S. Trade Representative Sets Dollar Thresholds for Trade Agreements

The U.S. Trade Representative has issued an executive order setting dollar thresholds for U.S. trade agreements, including the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and the North American Free Trade Agreement, effective January 1, 2004.
