U.S. International Trade Commission Reverses ALJ Determination on Statutory Authority and Terminates Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has reversed an Administrative Law Judge's (ALJ) determination on statutory authority and terminated an investigation into certain plastic molding machines with programmable operator interfaces, following a settlement agreement among all respondents.
