US Trade Commission Investigates Preferential Treatment for Apparel from Sub-Saharan Africa, Caribbean Basin, and Andean Countries

The US Trade Commission is investigating the impact of granting preferential treatment to apparel made from specific fabrics or yarns from Sub-Saharan Africa, the Caribbean Basin, and Andean countries, following a request from the US Trade Representative in December 2002.
